Frequently asked questions
Do I pay anything when I register online?
No. The form doesn't take payment — it just gets your details to us so an instructor can call you back. Fees are quoted by phone once we know your program, and we'll walk you through funding options at the same time.
How quickly will someone call me back?
Usually the same day, during our 9am–9pm hours. If it's urgent — like you're trying to lock in a start date this week — calling or WhatsApp gets the fastest answer.
Can I register if I don't have a BC driver's licence yet?
Yes. Tell us where you're starting from in the form and we'll explain what licence or learner's stage you need before training begins, and how to get there.
Can an employer register a driver on their behalf?
Yes — mention it's a corporate or pre-employment registration in the form and we'll set up a call to cover group bookings, road test assessments, or job placement.
What if I'm not sure which program I need yet?
Leave the program field as "Not sure yet" and describe what you're trying to get to in the message box — an instructor will help you figure out the right path when they call.
